The Ford Capri 280 Brooklands Green belonged to a limited special series of only 1038 units built for England until 1987. It features leather upholstery, 7-spoke 15" alloy wheels with Pirelli P7 195/50/15 tires.
The Ford Capri 280 "Brooklands"
The Capri 500 was the last special edition model, marking the end of Capri production in 1986/87. Named after the racetrack and available only in "Brooklands Green," it featured a luxurious leather interior (Raven leather with red piping) and a 2.8L V6 engine. It served as a stylish farewell to the iconic "European Mustang," which had been in production for over 19 years. Originally planned as the "Capri 500," 1,038 units were produced due to leftover body shells, making it a highly sought-after classic today.
